At Oliva Aesthetics, we stand behind the quality of the professional skincare products we carry. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all retail product purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products that have been opened or used.

Exceptions

We are happy to assist if:

• Your order arrives damaged.

• You receive the incorrect product.

• A product is defective.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging.

If you experience an unexpected reaction to a product, please contact us immediately. We will review your concerns and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
